Adelaide CBD Landmark Investment Fund
The purpose of the fund is to offer investors an opportunity to participate in the Adelaide Central Market Arcade Redevelopment Project. Investment is in the form of loans with fixed return paid quarterly and floating return paid at redemption upon maturity based on performance of the fund.

The fund provides an opportunity for investors to gain access, with a single investment, into a diversified portfolio of debt securities, sourced by the investment manager and predominantly secured by mortgages over both commercial and residential real estate in Australia. Whilst the investment manager is sourcing potential investment opportunities, the fund may also invest in other debt securities including Australian corporate bonds and other floating rate notes, offered by Australia’s largest fixed income investment house.

Our strategy is to invest in a portfolio of financial instruments in both domestic and global markets. The trust will focus on mispricing opportunities in individual currencies, indices and underlying stocks.
