Applicants who wish to invest in the BC LONG-SHORT OPPORTUNITIES FUND (“the Fund”) are welcomed to submit an expression of interest form (“EOI Form”) to Beaver Capital. Upon completion of the EOI Form, please email it to Beaver Capital at operations@beavercapital.com.au or provide it to us in person.

By submitting the EOI Form, you acknowledge the following:

(a) the EOI Form is not legally binding and you are entitled to withdraw your expression of interest at any time prior to signing the Application Form attached to the Information Memorandum pertaining to the Fund (IM);

(b) the EOI Form does not constitute an offer to make an investment in the Fund. The signing and acceptance of the EOI Form and the payment of any deposit under the EOI Form does not constitute the making of any financial investment and will not result in the provision of any financial benefits by Beaver One Pty Ltd to you;

(c) the Investment Manager of the Fund may contact you during business hours to promote the Fund and other Beaver Capital investment products to you and may use your personal information collected in this EOI Form for marketing purposes (at your discretion to opt-out); and

(d) Following submission of an Application Form, there is no guarantee that your application to invest will be accepted, particularly where certain information is not provided.

1. Beaver One Pty Ltd is committed to treating the personal information we collect in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Private Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act). 2. Investment in the Fund is only available to parties (individuals above 18 years of age, trusts or bodies corporate) who, if residing in Australia:
• invests $500,000 or more in the Fund; or
• provides a certificate from a qualified accountant (available within the Application Form) or substantially in the form available on the Trustee’s website www.silcgroup.com.au that states the Investor has net assets of at least $2.5 million or has a gross income for each of the last two financial years of at least $250,000; or
• is a professional investor (including the holder of an Australian financial services licence, a person who controls more than $10 million or a person that is a listed entity or a related body corporate of a listed entity).
本基金投资仅限澳大利亚法定成熟投资者（信托、机构公司或是 18 岁以上个人）若居住在澳大利亚需要满足以下条件:
• 基金投资额达$50 万澳元以上; 或
• 提供来自合格会计的证以证明投资人有总额至少为$250 万的净资产，或上两个财年每年的收入达到$25 万澳元以上；或
